Sunday School with the guys- Christmas Cards

Today we had Sunday School for two.  Jaydine stayed home sick.  Lulu is traveling to Swakopmund with her Oupa this weekend, Chantell is with her foster parents in Gobabis until at least January and perhaps permanently, Vanessa is in Windhoek with her Ouma for a week, Sharifa and Cyrill are in Rehoboth with their sick grandma and William is with his Aunt and Uncle and cousins in Otjiwarango until the first of the year.

Still where two or three are gathered...there Jesus promised to be, there is God, there is love and there is fun.

So I got to hang out with two handsome guys, on the left is Josey (7) and  center is Geraldo (9).

Geraldo always gives me a hard time about goofing and making faces in pictures because he knows it will get Pastor's exasperated look and he loves that.

We are coloring pictures from a coloring book of the nativity story and making Christmas cards out of them.  Josey and Geraldo needed to have a turn with the camera to capture their art.

And after we prayed, sang a song, read and talked about the stories (which they have already memorized because of their practice for the nativity play), Pastor got to color too.  The lesson on the black board is from the Moses story that got put on hold for Advent.  The cell phone picture on the left is for decoding secret messages about the story.
